Privacy Policy Statement:

Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting the personal information you choose to share with us. Bake My Day will only collect personal information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes, and we will take appropriate steps to ensure the security and integrity of any information you provide to us. We also collect the name and address of a gift recipient processed for an online purchase. Gift recipient names and addresses are only used to deliver the product and their names and addresses are not retained for any other purpose.

If you purchase a from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our secure checkout order form. You must provide contact information (including, but not limited to, name, email, and shipping address). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Security:

We are committed to keeping Personal Information secure, and we have reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards in place to help protect Personal Information from loss, misuse or alteration. However, we cannot be and are not responsible for unauthorized access to your Personal Information by hackers or others who have obtained such access through illegal measures.

By allowing you to send e-mail to us, we are not attempting to collect any personal information about you. We will only use personal information (such as name, mailing address and e-mail address) contained in your e-mail to respond to your specific inquiry or comments in the e-mail.
